Nofly zones for drones are areas where drone flying is prohibited. This may be for various reasons, such as the presence of airports or military installations, or to ensure the safety of people and property.
Nofly zones for drones can also be imposed by governments or air traffic controllers to regulate and manage air traffic. Drones are often equipped with technology that automatically prevents them from flying into nofly zones. If a drone does end up in a nofly zone, it could result in fines or other legal consequences for the drone’s pilot.
To give customers/clients a better idea of the rules, we have integrated nofly zones into our systems to indicate where flights/assignments are allowed.
